Dr. Neha Bhave Salankar is a consultant psychiatrist based in Nagpur. Having been a meritorious student throughout, she did her MBBS from Government Medical College Nagpur. She topped in her final MBBS exam and also bagged the coveted gold medal in Medicine in Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. She went on to do her MD in Psychiatry from Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour, Goa, where she won a gold medal in her MD exam. She also took training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru.

Currently, Dr. Neha works as a consultant at the Bhave clinic in Nagpur. She is associated with NACRT, a counselling and remediation centre at Nagpur and is also a liaison psychiatrist with several prestigious hospitals in the city.

Apart from her psychiatry practice, Dr. Neha has extensive experience in conducting seminars and talks. She has conducted talks for school and college students on study techniques, career guidance, digital media use as well workshops on stress management. In addition to these she has also conducted seminars for parents on online education, career guidance and common mental issues in children. Among the vast population and topics that Dr. Neha caters to, are also paramedical staff and medical students. On the academic front, Dr. Neha has presented papers at several conferences, both at the international as well as national level.

In an effort to diversify and cater to a wider audience, Dr. Neha in conjunction with her sister and psychologist Anagha Bhave, also conducts corporate stress management seminars. Growing up, Dr. Neha was a skilled swimmer, she has been a state level swimmer and water polo player. She has also won many personality contests back in college.

Today, she is happily married with two children with whom she resides in Nagpur.
