Sneha Jaisingh is a Clinical Psychologist based out of Nagpur. She completed her graduation from Hislop College, Nagpur and went on to do her Masters from Mount Carmel College, Bengaluru. During her master, she was also actively involved in volunteering with the Geriatric department, NIMHANS and worked closely with the Positive Psychology Unit, Nimhans. As her keen interest in psychology further grew, she pursued her MPhil Clinical Psychology course from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh.
She always believes in spreading mental health awareness and primarily works on community based approaches to help people accept and deal with various problems.
She strongly believes in a holistic approach of practice which includes lifestyle modifications, meditation.
With time, she realized that one should not only focus on ways to deal with problems but also should try to work on making life worth living on an individual as well as community level. She thus focuses on helping clients improve their quality of life.
In her own practice, she helps clients experiencing various emotional issues and tries to cater to the needs of her clients.
